By purchasing my art, you (the Client) have read and agree to the Terms of Service below.
General
I reserve the right to upload the commission on any/all social media, and the Client may not claim it as their own work.
The commissioned art cannot be used for anything other than personal use. If the commission is intended for commercial use or if the commissioner prefers to keep the piece private, it needs to be discussed beforehand.
The commissioned art piece can not be used for NFTs.
I reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel the commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
I reserve the right to use rejected sketches and concepts for any future projects.
All commissions will be done digitally. There will be no hard copies and the commission will not require any shipping.
Image Copyright
All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes, and the client may not use the art for profit unless the commercial fee has been paid.
The Client may use/or reupload the commission for as long as proper credit to me and a link to any of my social media is provided.
The Client may make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. cropping, adding text/borders, or changing colors).
Payment
Payment is to be made upfront after I accept the Client’s request. I will not begin the commission until after I receive payment.
Extra fees may apply depending on the given deadline and character complexity.
I accept Paypal and Ko-fi and an invoice will be sent through Paypal.
Payment in USD only.
Process
Contact me through Twitter DMs or email me at ([email protected]) to order a commission.
I will notify you if I accept your commission along with the price quote, and an invoice will be sent to the email provided.
The Client may not request a character change if I have started on the commission. If I have not started, then a character change is possible as long as the design difficulty is equal to or less than the previous design.
The Client may request a work-in-progress update at any part of the process. I will not scrap or do any heavy edits to the final product.
